Denice Ford
Board-Certified Natural Wellness Practitioner | Herbalist | Educator | Ordained Elder
Denice Ford is a nationally respected leader in holistic health education, devoted to equipping
learners, families, and communities with the tools for balanced well-being—mind, body, and
spirit. With more than forty years of experience, she approaches wellness through an academic
lens, empowering students to internalize and apply principles for lifelong health. Denice believes
that “herbs are plants that our Heavenly Father has put here on earth… as we feed our body
properly, our body is capable of healing itself.” Her work is grounded in faith, guided by 3 John
2: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul
prospereth.”
A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Denice is an ordained Elder and Intercessor at Christ Cathedral
Church. She is a Board-Certified Natural Wellness Practitioner and Certified Herbalist with
advanced training in herbology, nutrition, exercise, detoxification, skincare, and faith-based
wellness. Her commitment to integrative health education is evident in her decades of service
and leadership.
Denice is the Founder and Educational Leader of Perfect Health Holistic Institute, Inc. (PHHI), a
Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to holistic education across four pillars: mental,
physical, financial, and spiritual health. As a Holistic Health Evangelist, her mission is to share
“Perfect Health God’s Way,” helping individuals pursue healthier lifestyles in every area of life.
Through PHHI, Denice provides structured curriculum, certification programs, interactive
workshops, and builds partnerships with schools, churches, and civic organizations to extend
her impact.
Her educational programs are wide-ranging, including 12-week interactive modules that blend
healing activation, nutrition, detox, and support systems. She also designs holistic seminars that
explore key physiological systems—such as digestive, respiratory, immune, and nervous
systems—to foster a systems-thinking approach to wellness. For children ages 8–14, Denice
leads “Colorful Eating Options,” teaching kids how to grow fruits, vegetables, and beans, while
offering lessons in herbal nutrition, healthy cooking, and reading food labels. Her teaching style
emphasizes experiential learning, adult education principles, and deep community engagement.
Denice is the host of Herbs 4U, a weekly online series delivering motivational support and
holistic health education, blending actionable wellness strategies with faith-centered inspiration.
Denice Ford’s lifelong mission is to inspire and empower others to live healthier, more
purposeful lives—mentally, physically, financially, and spiritually—grounded in faith and holistic
wellness.
