Founded by Denice Ford of the Ford Health Shop, a board-certified Natural Wellness Practitioner and Herbalist with nearly 40 years of experience, the Perfect Health Holistic Institute is dedicated to solving the problem of families’ unhealthy lifestyle choices and increase the development of lifelong healthy habits.
The Perfect Health Holistic Institute is committed to serving, educating, and strengthening its community through its four educational divisions for holistic health: 1) Mental; 2) Physical; 3) Financial; 4) Spiritual.
Individuals and families who engage with PHHI will have access to have wellness education, mental health counseling, fitness and nutrition, lifestyle, and financial coaching, to improve their overall well-being in “one place 4 healing”.
In addition to providing resources and education to its community, PHHI offers certifications and consultant opportunities for professionals who desire to grow and partner with the organization.

Denice Ford is a nationally respected leader in holistic health education, devoted to equipping learners, families, and communities with the tools for balanced well-being—mind, body, and spirit. With more than forty years of experience, she approaches wellness through an academic lens, empowering students to internalize and apply principles for lifelong health. Denice believes that “herbs are plants that our Heavenly Father has put here on earth… as we feed our body properly, our body is capable of healing itself.” Her work is grounded in faith, guided by 3 John 2: “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Denice is an ordained Elder and Intercessor at Christ Cathedral Church. She is a Board-Certified Natural Wellness Practitioner and Certified Herbalist with advanced training in herbology, nutrition, exercise, detoxification, skincare, and faith-based wellness. Her commitment to integrative health education is evident in her decades of service and leadership.
